UK Hoops Ranked No. 6 in Preseason AP Poll

The ranking is the highest preseason ranking in school history.

LEXINGTON, Ky. - After reaching the Elite Eight for the second time in three years and winning their first Southeastern Conference regular season championship in 30 years last season, the Kentucky women’s basketball team has been picked to start the 2012-13 season at No. 6 by The Associated Press, the Wildcats’ highest preseason ranking in school history.
