Team game notes -- The Wildcats used the starting combination of Terrence Jones, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Doron Lamb, Anthony Davis and Marquis Teague for the 29th time this season. UK is 27-1 with that starting five. -- Darius Miller was the first sub off the bench for UK. It was his 27th time as the Wildcat sixth man. -- Kentucky extended its streak of games with a 3-pointer to 827 games, the third- longest streak in the country. -- With 11 blocked shots, the Wildcats pushed their NCAA record number of blocks to 344. -- Kentucky led at the half 41-27. The Wildcats are 32-0 when leading at halftime. -- UK is 5-0 when leading at the half of a national championship game. -- Kentucky blocked an NCAA Championship game record 11 shots, breaking the record previously set by UConn in ’11 and Florida in ’06. -- Anthony Davis and Marquis Teague tied UK’s single-season record for games started with 40. -- Darius Miller broke the school record for career games played with 152, breaking Wayne Turner’s record of 151.
-- Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was named the Final Four’s Most Outstanding Player, while he, Anthony Davis and Doron Lamb were all named to the Final Four All-Tournament team.

#1 Darius Miller -- Finished with five points ending his career with 1,248 points, placing him 34th on the UK all-time scoring list. -- Ranks 10th on UK’s all-time 3-point field goals list with 175. -- Averaged 11.7 points in NCAA Tournament. -- Broke the school record for career games played with 152, breaking Wayne Turner’s record of 151.
#3 Terrence Jones -- With nine points, Jones moved in to a tie at 51st on UK’s all-time scoring list with 1,064 career points. -- Averaged 11.5 points and 8.2 rebounds in NCAA Tournament.
#14 Michael Kidd-Gilchrist -- Averaged 10.6 points and 6.5 rebounds in the NCAA Tournament. -- Named to the Final Four All-Tournament Team
#20 Doron Lamb -- With 22 points, became the 60th member of the 1,000-point club and the third one this season. Ranks 55th with 1,018 points. -- Averaged 16.5 points and shot .556 percent (10-18) from 3-point range in NCAA Tournament. -- Named to the Final Four All-Tournament Team
#23 Anthony Davis -- With six blocks, moved to first on the NCAA all-time freshman block list with 186. Previous freshman record 182 (Hassan Whiteside, Marshall; 2010). -- Tied NCAA Championship game record for blocks with six, tying Joakim Noah’s six in 2006 championship. -- Named Final Four Most Outstanding Player. -- Averaged 13.7 points, 12.3 rebounds and 4.8 blocks in NCAA Tournament -- Tied UK’s single-season record for games started with 40.

-- Finished with three assists to two turnovers. In final 22 games of the season, had 115 assists to 53 turnovers, a 2.2 assist-to-turnover ratio. -- Averaged 13.3 points and 4.8 assists in NCAA Tournament. -- Tied UK’s single-season record for games started with 40.
